Supply Chain Disclosure
Gregory Sylvia is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in company conduct and relationships with our customers, suppliers, and partners. We require all suppliers to adhere to legal and ethical obligations in a variety of areas including labor practices, health and safety, and wages and benefits. We also require vendors to comply with all local laws and prohibit the hiring of slave labor and human trafficking.
To ensure that human trafficking and slavery does not occur by our vendors, Gregory Sylvia undertakes the following actions:
- Internally verifying product supply chains to evaluate and address the risk of human trafficking and slavery
- Internally conducting audits of suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance
- Requiring vendors to certify compliance with the Code of Conduct. Failure of vendors to show compliance may result in termination of the vendor agreement
Gregory Sylvia has a zero-tolerance policy when dealing with child labor, human trafficking, and slavery by its vendors.
